For a tech company Marketing & Co is looking for a Marketing Programs Manager EMEA (temporary or permanent).
Functiebeschrijving 
In this role, you will be responsible for campaign planning and execution across EMEA. You will build and manage quarterly campaign plans that engage prospects and customers through customer-centric messages and tactics. You are an expert in the message, target audience needs and mix of right marketing channels. You collaborate with the Campaigns team, Product Marketing and Customer Advocacy on content and speakers. Also you work closely with Marketing Ops, Web team and Performance Marketing to maximize campaign impact. Further you deliver on the campaigns’ demand generation targets. Of course you understand campaigns’ impact on pipeline generation goals. In addition you manage localization and translation with the help of third-party agencies. Besides you detect market changes and opportunities and develop region specific segment strategies. You work with inside sales on a weekly basis to coordinate and launch campaigns and to ensure timely follow up on MQLs. You report to the Director Marketing EMEA.
Gevraagd 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years relevant experience. Ideally you have a proven track record of having worked in a high growth environment and industry experienced within technology space. Further you are familiar with Google Suite, Marketo, Salesforce.com, Highspot, Wrike, Zoom, Slack, Bambu, Wistia and Outreach. It would be great if you have experience marketing in the analytics space. Familiarity with demand generation and sales funnel metrics is required. Last but not least, you have strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to formulate and communicate strategy. Core values: ownership, humility and growth mindset.
